    Total Body Expression Workout with elements of Ballet, Pilates, Fitness, & Flow - All Levels

    Lengthen, strengthen, tone, and revive with this class that combines ballet, Pilates and fitness for a full body expression of self care. Increase strength, balance and core stability while moving joyfully to music.

  • Core Foundations

    Core Strength Condition - All Levels

    Discover the essential foundation for a strong and balanced body in our Core Foundations class. This class is designed to help you build and stabilize your core muscles, which are crucial for maintaining correct posture, balance, and overall movement quality. Whether you’re into dance or yoga or want to enhance your daily life, this class is for you. We’ll begin with dynamic warm-up movements and targeted exercises to strengthen your abdominals, back, hips, and pelvic floor muscles. You’ll finish with a luxurious and relaxing stretch, leaving you feeling revitalized and ready to take on the day!

  • Pilates Flow

    Classical Pilates + Yoga Postures (Conditioning Class) – All Levels

    This is a refreshing one-hour and 15 minute, mind-body workout. Pilates Flow emphasizes proper breathing, correct spinal and pelvic alignment, and concentration on smooth, flowing movement. The class consists of classic Pilates exercise and Yoga positions that are choreographed to music and flow from one move to the next. This low-impact workout treats the body as an integrated whole, focusing on the core, lower body and upper body strength as well as flexibility and posture. This is a class for all levels, all bodies and all ages. Modifications are taught alongside the most challenging moves. Come and give Pilates Flow a try!

  • Restorative Stretch + Myofascial Release

    Stretch, Breathe, Relax, and Restore - All Levels

    Beautiful long stretches and muscle care combined with intentional breathwork set to music designed to take you on a restful journey for a mental and physical reset.

    Decadent minutes of breath, stretch, rest + Myofascial Release (MFR) / massage (we have tennis balls!).

    MFR combines deep muscle massage while releasing and freeing up the fascia (connective tissue) while resting and down regulating the nervous system. It is used for improved performance, pain relief, increased range of motion, and recovery.

    For anyone who could use tender love and care for their muscles and mind either post a dance, yoga, surf, or Pickleball session, or any other fitness regimen.

  • BASICS Cardio Hip Hop & Zumba

    Dance Fitness (Hip Hop & Zumba) – Beginner Level

    You will learn step-by-step, non-intimidating breakdown of essential moves and styles of Hip Hop & Zumba. Intended as a class to get you fully comfortable and prepared to graduate to our All Levels dance classes and as accompaniment class specifically to Joy’s Cardio Hip Hop & Zumba (all levels) classes. What you see in the BASICS class, you will also dance in All Levels classes – – but BASICS will spend a LOT OF TIME breaking things down, step-by-step, with focus on breakdown, repetition, and pulling it all together.

    This class is for those new to dance, beginner’s or anyone who wants a real break-down of the moves.

    This class will deepen your dance knowledge and technique. Come one, come all! And access the dancer inside of you!

    Joy covers vastly diverse styles with authenticity and freshness, which is part of her creative genius!

  • Beginner Jazz Technique Series

    Beg Jazz Technique 12 Week Series - Beginner Level

    Develop your dance technique in this Beginner friendly class that focuses on your understanding of fundamental movements, building a strong foundation, and developing musicality through practice and exploration. Each class will include a Warm Up + Stretching.

    Barre + Center floor work where proper body placement and technique are emphasized.

    Across the Floor Progressions where basic skills, steps and turns are learned and eventually combined with various tempos and syncopation. Class concludes with a short cool down. Great for beginners or anyone looking to freshen or polish their technique and understanding of dance.

  • Cardio Hip Hop and Zumba

    Dance Fitness (Hip Hop & Zumba) – All Levels

    This is a Dance Fitness class based in Hip Hop and Zumba – taught by Master ZES Trainer, Joy Smith! Come experience the Joy of Dance!

    Dance Fitness styles include Hip Hop, Zumba, Jazz, Showgirl, Latin, Afrobeats, etc. – – Joy covers vastly diverse styles with authenticity and freshness, which is part of her creative genius! Joy is widely known for her heart pounding, soul awakening routine’s taking dancers from “Show Girl” to “Hip Hop Street” dancer .

    This class will deepen your dance knowledge and technique. Come one, come all! And access the dancer inside of you!

  • Cardio Funk

    Choreography Add-On Class – Beginner to Intermediate

    CARDIO FUNK is a high energy all level choreography dance class to upbeat music where we build a fun and accessible dance routine over the hour for some serious satisfaction by the end. Starting with a warm-up then breaking down moves with a continuous cardio flow that includes some gut and ab toning, Alison’s clear and experienced style makes dancing our way to wellness AWESOME and available to all levels with no dance experience necessary!

  • Inspire Dance

    Choreography Add-On Class – All Levels

    Inspire Dance is a recipe for a delicious dance cardio experience. Move to your favorite popular songs combining dance styles from hip-hop, funk, jazz and contemporary while spicing it up with a bit of musical theater. Class includes breakdowns and sweat sesh with no pro skills needed. Just bring your passion for dance, love of music and your desire to move!

  • Tropical Fusion

    Latin & African Based Dance Fitness – All Levels

    Tropical Fusion is a high-energy dance fitness class with music from Brazil, the Caribbean, Latin America, and beyond. We’ll journey through dance styles like Samba, Salsa, Dancehall, Afrobeats, Soca, Rhumba, Cumbia, Calypso, and more resulting in one hour of juicy and joyful movement! Class includes a warmup, cardio dance, easy-to-learn choreography, and cool down. Open to all levels and abilities! Come free your hips, shake your booty, open your heart, express yourself, and feel the Tropical rhythms feed your soul!

  • Latin Spice

    Latin Dance Inspired Fitness – All Levels

    This dance class is an hour of high energy, booty shaking, sweaty fun, filled with the tropical and latin vibes of Samba, Salsa, Reggaeton, Soca, Dancehall, and more. Join us as we travel through a global music and dance journey!

    Brazilian Samba Dance – All Levels

    This Samba Dance class will break down Samba, develop and strengthen your Samba skills through Samba Drills and build your strength and stamina

  • Vibe Brazil: Brazilian Dance + Fitness

    Brazilian Dance + Fitness – All Levels

    Vibe Brazil is a Brazilian Dance + Fitness class that covers authentically Baile Funk, Samba, Axé and more Brazilian dance styles. It includes core strengthening and mat work to support Brazilian dance moves. Come join the fun and catch the vibe!

    Worldanz – All Levels

    Worldanz - The deliriously fun fitness program fusing dance styles from around the globe.

    Worldanz DCF is a rousing, high-intensity kinesthetic fitness program that exposes participants to a compelling range of dance forms and musical styles. Worldanz DCF works to earnestly expand the dancer’s skill set through its distinct incorporation of unique movement challenges and absorbing dance rhythms. Its fusion of modern and traditional movement forms into a powerful anaerobic format designed to challenge the strongest of athletes while still being available to anyone wanting to move, learn and play.
