Reconnect to the wisdom of your amazing body through this introductory workshop designed to provide education and integration on the emotional energetics of the human body.

Learn how the body works symbolically (like a dream) to communicate and support us in our daily lives.

Together we will explore the basics of the Autonomic Nervous System, understand a bit about the state of our own and then dive into an Embodied Dreamweaving experience to “build” a waking dream of our own unique bodies. We will explore this particular dream in conjunction with our peers and then move through a gentle somatic practice and Nidra-style meditation to integrate the entire experience.

You will leave this immersion with more wisdom as to how to view your own physical and emotional body, assess symptoms and work with your dreams, movement and personal exploration into a potentially, potent space of self-healing.
